Because Problem-X sells digital products (online courses and PDF files), all sales are considered final once the product has been delivered. However, we stand behind the quality of our content and want you to be satisfied.

Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests are accepted within 3 days (72 hours) of the payment date.
- To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within this 3-day window and provide your order number and reason for the request.
- Refunds will not be issued after 3 days from the date of purchase under any circumstances.

Non-Refundable Cases
- If you have already downloaded or accessed the digital product in full.
- If more than 3 days have passed since your purchase.
- If the reason for the refund is a change of mind after full access has been granted.
